Returns

Goods purchased in the online store www.sofiasonia.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of its receipt. The purchased goods that will be returned or exchanged - cannot bear traces of use, must have all tags and tags, must be in their original packaging, must be returned with all the items with which it was sent (receipt, freebies, etc.)

I. Refund
1. To return the goods, please fill in the withdrawal form.
2. The completed form with the proof of purchase and the goods should be sent at your own expense to the following address: Freta 11, 00-227 Warszawa
3. The reimbursement of the costs for the returned goods will be made within 14 working days from the moment the Store receives the complete shipment with the goods without signs of use.
4. The return will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Customer in the return form. 
5. The shop is not responsible for the loss or damage of the parcel by courier or Polish Post.

II. Exchange

1. In order to return the goods, please fill in the goods replacement form, in which the goods for which the replacement is to be made will be indicated.
2. The completed form should be sent to the following address: contact@sofiasonia.com - to confirm the availability of the requested goods.
3. After receiving information about the availability of goods, please send the completed form together with the proof of purchase and send the goods at your own expense to the following address:

4. If the replaced product is cheaper than the new one, please transfer the difference to our account. In the title of the transfer, enter "Additional payment for the exchange of goods Order number: ............ ..". The shipment is carried out after we receive the transfer.
5. When the replaced product is more expensive than the newly ordered one, the difference will be transferred to the account number provided in the exchange / return form within 14 days from the date of receipt of the replaced product by the store.
6. The shop does not accept cash on delivery shipments.
7. The shop is not responsible for the loss or damage of the parcel by the courier.

III. Complaints
In the event of finding physical defects of the purchased goods or non-compliance of the goods with the goods ordered, the Customer has the right to file a complaint. In this case, please return the goods at your own expense to the following address: Sofia & Sonia

1. The Store does not accept cash on delivery shipments.
2. Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of receipt by the shop of the shipment with the goods complained about.
3. The shop is not responsible for the loss or damage of the parcel by the courier.
4. If the complaint is accepted, the damaged goods will be repaired or replaced with another, full-value goods within the next 14 days, and if it is no longer possible (for example due to the fact that the goods are out of stock), the store will return the customer the equivalent of the price of the goods or offer him other , goods available in the store to choose from.
